I’ve been doing this exercise for over 30 years to help keep my life in balance. There are several versions around, but this is mine.

Place a dot on each line, starting from the center (least satisfied) radiating out (most satisfied) as a measure of how you feel that aspect of your life is doing. When you have placed all your dots, connect the dots to see how balanced your life is. If you have a nice full round circle, kudos to you! Dips are areas that need some work.

Then write one action you can take in each of the circles to enrich your life. Put it somewhere that you can refer to regularly and edit as needed. Mine changes frequently.
